Hi All. Hope someone can help please, my new 600d, has arrived, really impressd so far, but is it possible to get the rule of thirds grid on when you look through eye piece, no problem when back screen on but can't for the life of get it on when looking through eye piece, or can you not. Thanks Pete

Just do without and learn with your head and heart what good composition is. A crutch like a grid that is always visible will, in the end, just hold you back, distract you and prevent your understanding of composition and what works when the focus of the picture isn't bang on a grid intersection.

Besides, rules are made to be broken, especially when 'it just looks right'

I believe that on the 600D the grid only appears on the LCD for LiveView and video.

Grid does not work through the view finder
