I need to print off a number of A4 prints. I don't have the facility at home and the local printers seem very expensive. Can anyone recommend an online company I can send images to to get a quote.

I have just had my first prints done with DS Colour Labs and am very impressed with their service - they are based in south Manchester and you have the option from collecting from the store.

Their site also has a chart that you can send back to them so they can do a calibration and they will send you the profile for your monitor so the screen image is as close as possible to the printed image.

I usually print at home, but as I had run out of ink and needed 19 photos for an exhibition at short notice, I used Photobox for the first time in a few years. Was very pleased at the price, the time taken, the quality of the prints and the packaging they were returned in.

Proam prints are now down to 46p per print. Order one day and they are delivered to you the following day.

    I don't use DS Colour just because of the price. (10 x 8 = 50p BTW)
It's the quality, service and help that are also very important.

I've not tried the others mentioned but very happy with DS Colour. Smile
