    Can anybody help me with this topic? How do you add a frame to an image as opposed to a border.

    Sorry, I'm not entirely sure what you mean, can you point us to an example of what you're trying to achieve?

    a lot of people put frames around their images. I know in Photoshop elements there are frames that you add but in CS3 you have to create them. How?
