Photoshop 7 (and as low as 6) have the "liquify" filter/tool. It is amazing! Make things larger that you want larger, make other things smaller (hips), and bend and manipulate anything. It is a great post-version-5 tool. That and the healing tool make it worth it to go with 7 over 5. IMHO.

I use version 7, it has been a little difficult to get to grips with at first, but once you get there its brilliant. I started with version 5, up to 6 and now 7. I have been using Photoshop for about 4 or 5 years now, and while I do not claim to know it all, think it is a very worthwhile piece of software. Highly recommended.
actually the next photoshop version is revamping its name to Photoshop CS (as for Creative Suite).
They have gotten rid of the ubiquitous eye in the logo. There is a good review of the product in the latest Computer arts magazine, which, by the way has a special cover story on photographic special effects.

I do agree that the healing tool is definitely handy when you want to remove imperfection.
