Hi there.

I don't fully understand what you mean. Do you mean you go into print preview, resize the image, hit [OK], then when you go back to print preview the settings are back to the default ones?

When you go into print preview then come out again the print buttons WILL disappear as it thinks you want to re-edit the image.

Unless I mis-understand what you mean?

That's really wierd. I can't think of a reason why this should happen. I'm using Elements I and it works fine.

Does Adobe have a web site forum you could maybe post a message to see if others are having the same problem. Or maybe uninstall then reinstall it agin??
