looking at your pictures i would say forget about the qualification unless it's something you really feel you need to do. If it's a job you're ultimately looking for then aproach a specialist magazine with some of your work and see what they say. Talent and a good eye mean much more in photography than any exam you may have taken.
If you do still want to do a course then i would say steer clear of online courses and go to your local college to see what they can offer.
