Help please. I decided to use the EPZ offer to create a photo book, I downloaded their software, and went through the process of design, got to the end of uploading etc almost to the point of giving payment details and then got an error message. I can't find anywhere on their site which tells you what resolution and format (jpg or tiff) the images have to be and was wondering if that was the problem, as my images were tiffs res 400. Anyone withany answers please.

I don't know the absolute answer to your question, but I would say that tiff files tend to be huge and too big for photo books (in my experience). I know its a pain, but try batch converting the files you are using to jpg's and re-doing the book.

Jpegs up to 4MB. Don't go to small either or they'll not be accepted.
