    Hi Folks,

    Could use some advice Smile

I sold an Alpha 65 on Ebay a couple of weeks back. The buyer's just come back to me saying the item is faulty as "All the photo's taken have a blue tint". That's all he's told me, doesn't say if the camera is on Auto or manual, indoors or outdoors - that's it!

I'm no expert, but my guess is that the white balance has been set incorrectly - could there be any other causes that you're aware of?

Thanks for any advice you can offer Smile

Is the person seeing this tint on his/ her pc/mac if so they might need to calibrate the screen, and also check the white balance. Then go from there.

Link the owner to this thread as it may help.

get them to email you a pic, see how it looks on your screen and have a look at the exif data to see the camera settings - they might just be tring it on to get a refund

    It's a white balance issue.

I get that sometimes when taking a shot through a window.

I set the WB to auto and correct in PP if necessary.
