Slim chance I know, but does anyone have any old 616 film spools kicking about that they would want converting in to beer vouchers?
My parents have just given me a couple of my grandparents' old cameras: a nice Super Ikonta C (6x9 on normal 120 rollfilm) that toured Tunisia and Libya in the 30s with my grandmother; and a Kodak six-16 (approx 6x11 on 616 film) given to my grandfather by Haile Salassie. I could probably get away with rewinding 120 film on to 616 spools and get it in use again.

I know that tis was posted 7 months ago but if you haven't found an answer you should try
Film for Classis in NY. He has 616 film. He has a web site but orders are through the mail.www.camera-exchange.com/ffc1.htm
That would be the best bet - 616 is wider than 120 (I have an unopened roll of Verichrome here... expiry date september 1953)...
