I got it from an ebay shop. The problem with it is it lockes its exposure at +1/3 of a stop a lot of the time and also when changing the exposure using the buttons on it it jumps from -1/3 of a stop to +1 1/3 stop with one press. Originally when i got it i could not believe how well built it was for the price but i am rather disappointed with it due to the problems i have stated.
Hey, Yongnou's are awesome! I've used them for a couple of years and they've been great
now another question what model should i get for my Nikon D70 the cheaper the better as i am skint currently and also must be well built and must last as i hate having things break even if they are cheap 
oh yeah and manual is no problem
