I know that there is a wide range of people out there, so here goes...
I am a fencing coach and I'm currently studying an Open University course related to my work. I would like to compare the 'how to teach' sections of fencing coach development courses with similar courses in other sports. This is the part of the course that covers lesson planning, the structure of lessons etc. (technically the pedagogy).
Have any members completed level 1 or 2 coaching awards recently? Would I be able to borrow your training manuals, as NGBs don't tend to publish them?
