I was just wondering if there are any 'locals' round here that either already meet up or would consider a get together. I would like someone to teach me how to take nice photos

p.s. Towcester camera club, any members on here?

No but most of us work and if the thread gets buried amongst the rest of the hundreds of threads that appear on here then it may take sometime for us to find it.
I'm in MK as are several others on here and we're only too happy to meet up from time to time.
By the way PM=Personal Message, it's a sure fire way of getting someones attention.
Most of the guys from MK on here are from the New City PS.

Ha, yes I know what PM is thanks Col, I thought it might be weird, sending an out of the blue PM saying: Hi Col, fancy taking some pictures of me in Willen lake car park sometime big boy.....

I was just impatient, call it newbie-itis if you will.

Looking forward to a 'do' some weekend when it suits everyone though.

I am in kettering northants - due to my awful shift pattern have not joined camera club but is on list to do once I get off the shifts and regain a life, but would love to meet other with others into Photography
