Hi everyone...just planning a trip to Austria possibly Hallstatt, Saltzberg, lake Woolfgang or similar next July. Could anyone help with the following pease?

How far is Hallstatt from Munich airport and how long does it take to get there?
Any reccommendations for other parts of Austria taking the weather into account?

Have been so many times and there are so many beautiful places....Salzburg is a good start point, you may want to visit Mondsee & Bad Ischl. You're also near Berchtesgarten (Eagles' Nest). Innsbruck has some great backdrops. Our favourites are Seefeld and the Voralarlberg region...too many to fit in all in one go.

PS Hallstatt is not far from Klagenfurt..I think Ryanair fly there
