BBC radio 4 - 16:00 tomorrow (Tues 8th). Programme info says they discussing the police's use of cameras but the trail I heard yesterday gave the impression they would also be covering photography in public in general. Repeated next Sunday (also might be available on the IPlayer).

I think you are way behind technological advances, Ben. tongue-dark.jpg

You can get Radio 4 (and a number of other radio stations ) on Freeview - and record it with a video recorder! Which is exactly what I have done. grin-dark.jpg

I was using the term "video recorder" generically! It is actually a hard-drive recorder. Smile

Not that I would normally condone it but have a google search for ipdl. Downloads DRM-free files from BBC iPlayer. i mainly use it for radio programs - copy them to a USB stick and listen to them in the car.

Hang on, I paid my license fee and I'm not redistributing anything.....a bit like taping the Top40 on sundays when I was a youngster I guess.

You must be REALLY young. It was Radio Luxembourg's "Top Twenty" on the crystal set when I was young. (Under the bedclothes as teenagers were not supposed to still be awake at 11.00pm!)

Tape - I think my granddad told me that, that was something like an analogue version of mp3s.
