maybe we should just stop posting at all. After all most things can be found on Google.

But....... now I've started writing i was just wondering... Wink

    a) Is it worth upgrading from the Canon 10D to the 20D?
    b) Can anyone please explain to me about layers in Photoshop?
    c) Which printer should I buy?
    d) Why do I get Error 99 when I attach a magnifying glass to my 10D?
    e) How can I get more people to click on my pictures?
    f) What's the best lens to buy?
    g) Why do some rubbish pics get EC awards?
    h) My friend has asked me to photograph his wedding. Should I do it?
    i) Why do I have to tell the taxman if I earn a secondary income from photographing weddings?
    j) Does it affect professional photographers if I undercut them and do a better job. After all, I can afford to charge such low prices because I have another full time job.
    k) Did men really land on the moon?
    l) Are 3rd party inks as good as manufacturers own inks?
    m) I'm looking to buy a second hand DSLR. What should I get?
    n) There is a green button on my flash gun. What does it do?
    o) Will I lose quality if I save my photos in jpg or is TIFF better?
    p) Where is the best place to sell my photos?
    q) What is a stock library?
    r) My photos don't print out the same colour as they appear on screen. Why is that?
    s) Should I put a UV or Skylight filter on my lens?
    t) Someone told me about a x1.4 and a x2 converter. Are they any good and will I lose image quality?
    u) Taking photos of people in public places. Is it OK to do that or not?
    v) Adobe Photoshop Help Needed......
    w) Help needed photographing green tree frogs. Where do I start?
    x) Can I safely store my photos on CD or will the CD spontaneously combust after 10 years?
    y) Why is it that when I buy a new camera, they bring a better one out at a later date?

    And finally............................

    z) Is digital better than film?

    Thank You Wink

    And the answers are.....

    a) It's your money, do with it what you wish.
    b) Yes but if you buy a legit copy it comes with instructions)
    c) The best you can afford
    d) errrr......
    e) Take better pictures
    f) The best you can afford that suits your purpose.
    g) Cos they do...
    h) How much do you value your friendship?
    i) Cos you do....
    j) Ask a professional photographer
    k) Some think yes, others not.
    l) Try them and see...
    m) Well there isn't that much choice now is there?
    n) Read the $%$&*& manual or do a Google search. Don't t you know that the people who provide the answer will simply do a Google search to get the info.. or are you too lazy to look yourself?
    o) If you haven't tried it.... then WHY NOT? If you can't tell the difference then it doesn't matter.
    p) Anywhere outside of the spare bedroom (i.e. the one you're sati typing this message)
    q) Well if you don't know you're probably not ready to join one yet.
    r) Cos they don't that's why. They never will either so as long as they look OK just accept it.
    s) One or the other. Why not get both? or ask the man in the shop when you go to buy one.
    t) They're OK and yes you lose quality. But bearing in mind the jpg TIFF question would you notice anyway?
    u) Yes....... and......... No
    v) Read the &^%$%^^& MANUAL!!!!!!
    w) Start by photographing them, see how they turn out and make adjustments where necessary.
    x) ?????????? Who knows? Maybe......
    y) Well it's just as well they do otherwise your shiny new camera would be a box brownie.. but at least it'd still be the latest camera...
    z) zzzzzzzz..............

    Random reposting as suggested!

Actually, now I have read it, and my choice of it was totally random, it is quite a good one. Made me smile.

Thanks, John. I do like a good giggle.

    Regards,
    Sam
