    Sorry, but what are they?

    If you mean a built-in filter to turn an image into say an oil painting, I'd recommend don't. Grin If you still want to, you'll get far more controllable results using a plug-in in a photo-editor or even a built-in function in a photo-editor

    Just buy photoshop elements
    Do it in post production
