I recently purchased a Bowens 3-head 500W Espirit Gemini kit and some spares from WE.
The heads bag has to fitted with wheels by the user to enable easier transportation. On fitting the wheels I was unhappy that the screws were secured only by the bag material. Sure enough, on its second outing the wheels tore from the bag, ripping the material from the sides and bottom.
I registered on the Bowens website and raised an incident, requesting a new bag. That same day I was contacted by them and offered a new bag as a replacement. The bag arrived today, already fitted with wheels and far more secure than the other one.
Just thought I'd let you all know that customer service is alive and well at a great British company called Bowens. My thanks to them...

i havent used bowen support, but i do agree that the way those wheels attach to the bag is dodgy to say the least.
