been with plusnet for many many years, cannot fault them, always responded quickly to any (very few) problems, plenty of service status info on their website & moved over to the fiber-optic broadband quickly & without a hitch. I'd totally reccomend them.

cheers joe iv read so many reviews dont know wat to believe all the services seem at odds with each other these days

packages from about £6.50 + your line rental

they also host my web site, not sure about what (if any) web space they supply now as I have had mine with them (included in the package) for many years & it was 250MB way back then.

    thanks bandit

i moved to Plusnet from Madasafish, really wish I hadn't.

Speed reduced from over 6Mbs to less than 200kbs.

Only "help" they gave was repeated requests for Speed tests, frequently with a result of 0 speed.

Eventually turns out the issue is with BT Openreach, but as Plusnet is owned by BT they don't tell you that BT is the source of he problem, nor do they chase to fix.

    interesting

Well, I'm with Talktalk - no probs for years. Costs me about £30 per month for broadband, line rental & all phone calls. I consistently get about 6 mbps.

I was with madasafish, no problem.
Then they got expensive, changed to Plusnet. No problem.
Then Sky package is much cheaper, changed to sky. No issue either.
But I wouldn't touch talk talk.
