anyone on plus net on here im in the process of leaving talktalk am i jumping out of pan into fire mmm
been with plusnet for many many years, cannot fault them, always responded quickly to any (very few) problems, plenty of service status info on their website & moved over to the fiber-optic broadband quickly & without a hitch. I'd totally reccomend them.

cheers joe iv read so many reviews dont know wat to believe all the services seem at odds with each other these days
24 quid im more bothered about good service reliablity as im fed up of aol and talktalk who also it seems run tiscali im told not happy with service
Quote: How much do they charge? Do they do a deal with Broadband & phone calls included?
packages from about £6.50 + your line rental

they also host my web site, not sure about what (if any) web space they supply now as I have had mine with them (included in the package) for many years & it was 250MB way back then.
i moved to Plusnet from Madasafish, really wish I hadn't.
Speed reduced from over 6Mbs to less than 200kbs.
Only "help" they gave was repeated requests for Speed tests, frequently with a result of 0 speed.
Eventually turns out the issue is with BT Openreach, but as Plusnet is owned by BT they don't tell you that BT is the source of he problem, nor do they chase to fix.
i was with aol then talktalk fed up of not being able to get emails and loseing broadband too
its costing me 200 quid to get out of contract after up rateing phone i didnt realise it was 18 month contract more a con
