As I said, it is to make people trying out new things and making sure they get critiques regarding what they tried.
So, surely even though you do not join, critiques would still be very much welcome and appreciated.

Monthly would be better I reckon Nick, gives everyone an opportunity to 'do' the theme/subject without the need to rush things.
Even if you didn't upload an image surely there would be room for a constructive honest critique as Cole has said ?

I agree on the monthly thing, I would rather get the image right than rush it. Of course it should be open for all to critique.

As Ade said lets have a dummy run for June, open to all until we figure out how to organise the groups. My suggested theme is Macro / close up, to push yourself if you do that as a standard why not chose a different subject (i.e in your case not flowers).

I have learnt a lot from people like yourself been honest, you don't learn if the weak points arn't highlighted.

a frind of mine Gavin has just set up a mini Rentokill type business, last lime i was chatting to him, another fella passing shouted, "what was it today Gav, --squirrels in Swadlingcote or Rats in Rotherham" at this point bells were ringing and i wondered if they both followed EPZ. Smile

Wow, what an absolutely excellent idea, who thought of this? By all means, add me to the list.

I've created an example group here...

    http://www.ephotozine.com/members-meetings/m126

All people need to do is click on there, hit the "Attend meeting" button at the top of the page, and they're in.

By the looks of it, if I create other meetings, I'll be "attending" them all Smile

see what you think before I create any more

One problem Ade, apparently this one in the text runs until end of June 2005, so I think I'm too late to post an image Wink

I've joined and I'll try and do a macro this weekend.
