Can't believe how popular this has become. I started the list and only just managed to get into the second group !!

How do I do a group PM to all those that expressed an interest so no one misses out ?

The first two groups are now full.

Please can someone start the next group (I would but I'm already in group 2 and I would automatically be entered into the new group)

Remember the subject is Macro/close up.

this is the link to the relevant page.

Ade give a good explanation how to do it yesterday.

Quote: I guess the definition would be reasonably broad to allow for personal interpretation - maybe it's a little insect, or a flower stamen, or an intimate portrait, a coin, or pretty much anything where you have taken a shot from close up, or at least closer than the norm.

To enter a shot into a meeting, you'll find there's a box when you upload a shot which is called

    Link to Meetings:

There's a drop down list with all the meetings you are a member of - you just select the meeting/group you are a part of and then your photo will appear in the meeting page.

If you've never joined a meeting, you will have never seen the dropdown - so first thing is to join one, then you can check this out by "Editing" an old post - click edit and in the form below the shot, you'll see "Link to Meetings:" lower down.

I think we have to emphasize that the whole point of the challenge is to challenge yourself and think of something different to your norm, And not to upload your old file.

But you don't know that I was not trying some different lighting, you made a presumption Tongue

Anyway, if something else I have in mind does not come off tomorrow then it will have to be a water drop with the new setup that I am developing Grin Nothing I can shoot except at weekends as hotel rooms with only a mobile phone don't make for good macros.
