C1 v4 Going Slow

My C1 v4 has started taking it's time when processing images, everything else seems fine.

When I process a batch a look at the process queue then the little bar whizzes down beside the thumbnail. When it gets to the end of processing it seems to stick and takes a good 30s-ish to get to the next image.

Any ideas other than uninstalling and reinstalling again?

have you cleared the history? I think its the last tab on the right, clear the process history out. I heard this can sometimes slow it down.

The little timer thing was working out to about 10secs per image - it started out with about 10mins on the clock. Counts down while the little bar fills up then all stops for about 50secs while it saves it.

PS History is cleared regularly.
