Opening wide is best left to when you are at the dentist! Wink

The verdict is based on the specification and can change when I see the camera and test it. I've received both cameras today, though so we'll see. Wink

Oh and the EOS1000D bit was only that sentence copied over, not the whole thing... Smile
It's easier and quicker than typing it all out again and again. Serves me right! Wink
I didn't see this thread, I noticed it myself.

Funny, when I left my initial impressions without testing, I've had a four page thread pulling me to pieces over it. Wink

I'll see what I can do. Of course the biggest teaser is you knowing I've got the camera and I'm not saying anything.... Wink Smile Wink

I've added some noise images to the review and shots such as the landscape and colour test chart. I've also added two RAW files of noise testing to the download section. Click on the linky and it'll take you to the download area.
I still want to add some performance images so the review isn't finished yet, just thought you might want to see.

click me.

Couldn't get that done in time, but I've now completed the review including some indoor high ISO shots. The video review will be up on epz.tv soon. Smile
