I have never used elements, but I will do some "research", maybe some tutorials can be "translated", I can't promise anything though.
Don't worry I will find out. ![]()
EDIT:
So far, and correct me if Im wrong, Missing Features are:
-CMYK colors
-palette Channels
-Actions palette (cannot make own actions)
-Curves
-Layer masks
-some Layer Style functions
-some Web components
Also there seems to be a way to "unlock" some of this features, layer masks for instance.
And there is THIS technique make layer masks with Elements.
In theory that would allow to use the Tutorials that rely on layer masks.
Ok, can someone check the technique for layer masks above and see if it works? I dont have "elements" to try it. ![]()
We decided we are going to attempt a "Polaroid Lift Effect" for this months Tutorial.
I made an image that you can see HERE
Feedback is needed. ![]()
Hi Takui. The main difference as I understand it between Elements and the full PS version is that the latter has a lot of features which are intended for professionals in the graphic arts industry, printing, pre-press composition etc, whereas PS Elements is aimed a photographers.
Yes, also Im late with the Tutorial of this month, I have had a busy month, but it will be up soon.
Sorry to those who have been eagerly waiting! ![]()
