I feel that this may seem some what silly, but could someone plase advise me on how to enter images into the challenges/ competitions.

Go here and select "browse" which then takes you to images on your comp. Then simply click "upload" you may have to resize for web
Images will be resized to 1000x1000 on the longest edge (large size) for e2 members and 600x600 (normal size) for standard members.
