Cliques operate in all walks of life, so it's no surprise to find them on this website. I was just wondering how many people are put off joining groups like this when the bland and the naked rule the roost?
Good point. Where there is Bland and Naked there be cash as the pirate once said. Or should have said.

To me 'clique' implies a level of exclusion from people joining the group.
There are certinally frendship groups on here - there has been 'social networking' on here before 'social networking' had a name, or anybody knew what it was - but I have never found anyone to be exclusive, just friendly if you want to join in.
So join in if you want to, or don't worry about it if you don't.
You will get this every so often as new members join, put shot shots up and don't get the recognition that they think they should when they either compare their shots with other people's or just think that what they produce is so good it should be getting more recognition (no disrespect meant to the original poster).
The antidote is clear - get out your camera and clique away with that shutter release.

Bland & Naked eh! Sounds more exciting that Exclusive & Clothed, Don't ya think.

But it's only tired if you've been here before. For sad old farts like us this is old news but you have to remember that new people are joining epz all the time and for them this is an important issue that merits discusion.
