Colormunki problem

Hi all

I've just installed the software for the Colormunki calibrator and after activation it just closes down. Tried uninstalling it and reloading but to no avail. Also looked on the x-rite website but their remedy doesn't seem to work either.

Any techies out there that have any idea why this is happening?

I've contacted X-rite support which I believe is in the USA. So will see if they have any answers.

I did have this problem with mine quite sometime ago. it is fixable as its working fine now. I have a feeling it was to do with some widows updates. Sorry cant be more specific at this time will think about it though an try and remember.
