Can someone tell me what the "notify me of any response" check box does in the comments window on uploads, please?
I don't seem to be able to find any associated 'help' topic, and I've tried ticking it and haven't noticed any differences.
Specifically, I was hoping it might be a way for someone to notify you they have replied or answered a comment or question you have put in a comment on their uploaded image. If not, is this something that could be considered on any future upgrades? A sub-thread on the comment maybe with a 'buzz' to inform you an extra entry had been made there. At present I trawl through all my recent activity to see whether the o/p has said anything further related to my comments - very time consuming when you are still keen enough to make many entries per day.
It means that each time someone writes a comment, you'll receive an email.
If you untick it, you won't get the emails but will get the same information by looking at "My Buzz".
Thanks, Jean. Too many buzzes for all the comments made. I would like something that specifically relates to any response on any comment I made on someone else's upload.
