This morning I won a brand new Crumpler "Super Snipe" on Ebay at a supposed bargain of 21 (RRP is 40+). Trust me to not check my facts - I've found out it's not suitable for my camera gear until you buy an insert for it. The seller (Jessops Auctions) has none to sell and the cheapest I've found them online is 28.

It's a long shot, but does anyone know of any bargain sellers wanting rid of some Super Snipe inserts at knockdown prices? Wink

The insert, called the Bunion (JBS001) is listed as separate in the most recent Crumpler catalogue and our own affiliated store (Warehouse Express) seems to be the cheapest available.
Sorry can't help but I have recently been looking at Crumpler Bag prices and it was easy to do a quick search on the sites I had bookmarked. The reason for looking was that I won a Crumpler Crippy Duck Laptop bag from MacUser Magazine and have put it up for sale on e-Bay.

Cheers Andy. The Warehouse Express price is certainly the cheapest I could find - I'm just kicking myself for not checking thoroughly first. What was supposed to be a nice purchase within my budget of 30 has essentially turned into an extravagance at 50 (although I admit it's still a good deal overall).

Just a warning about Crumpler bags; I have a Crumpler Sporty Guy camera bag for my Minolta F200 and found that the dye from the orange fabric used for the inner of the bag bled and stained my camera. OK, doesn't affect the workings of the camera but doesn't look great on something you've spent good money on!
