Looks like he is in demand for interviews.
Some good questions there and answered in his humorous way with my head nodding in agreement. An excellent read, well done.

He essentially set down one of the foundations for modern fashion photography. Before the Box of Pin Ups, no-one cropped into heads. He cropped the images to fit them into the box and a style of shooting was born.
