Time to throw away all those bulky heavy DSLR's - DB uses a mobile phone for his portraits.

How cool is that?

This is a Friday smile post BTW

miptog - that caught my eye as well LOL

Smaller sensors are the way forward then?

DB says one or two of his images are good enough to appear in a book?

The price of full frame cameras will now plummet perhaps????

When will Canon and Nikon launch a mobile phone?

When will Nokia launch a DSLR to fit in the pocket?

All things to ponder over the Bank Holiday.

I've had one or two pics that I thought were reasonable from the 5Mp camera on my Nokia N95. It's no DSLR and i often think 'wish I'd got my real camera' when out and about.
Sony have to have the jump on most competitors as they already do a reasonable line in both.

Was DB commissioned by a mobile phone company by any chance???

Was the result as good as expected? I guess it's an honour whatever the result!

I don't think he's seen it.

He's a baker with his own small independent bakery so he spends the night making all the dough ready to bake first thing in the morning.

How strange to have the interview with your friend, identify him as a baker, next to a photo of the bakery (presumably by DB) and yet the pic ISN'T your friend. I'd be a bit miffed myself to have missed out especially as he's captioned on the photo.

Yes, I have no idea if that's the photo in the exhibition or what?

Alex is tall, thin with sandy hair and freckles.
