A shot of Stanpit Marsh shot from Hengistbury Head looking across Christchurch Harbour. A good example of how shooting at 300mm compresses a scene as the distance from the harbour side of the marsh to the houses in the background is in excess of half a mile (and its a mile+ from where I was standing)

This is as close to a winter shot that I'll get to...there is no snow here on Maui...only rain on my windshield

The view from Year Three (where I work) last week. That's actually frost. We haven't had any snow to speak of.
