    To all of you who have in the past complained about Dell's poor service you'll be pleased to know they are aware of this and are going to be investing millions of dollars!

    yep, in a new marketing campaign to try and convince you they are changing their customer service.....

    Strange that... never knew there was a problem as I've never had to call them. Coming up to three years with my m/c now...

    (Now that IS tempting fate Mike!!!!)
