Did I download GIMP Portable from the right website?

Hello,

I finally decided to learn GIMP.

I needed the portable version.

I downloaded it from the following website:

portableapps.com/apps/graphics_pictures/gimp_portable

After I downloaded it the set up didn't look right.

Did I download it from the correct sebsite?

I haven't used GIMP for years but the version that I used never did look right.
None of it made any sense.
It was one of the reasons that I stopped using it.
