You may have seen the digital Images I produce.
A few of you really like them and a few of you think I should not be posting them here.

    What do you think?

    Good stuff.

The world of the imagination is a great place to spend time as long as you don't get trapped there.

    Keep posting I say.

The Website seems to play up, its not opening for me today either.
There must be a problem with the host servers.

What a load of rubbish, take no notice Vergigorm. You have just as much right to post as the rest of us have.

It's not what I expect to see on a photo site. Even in the DA category I'd like to see part of the picture taken with a real camera, not the virtual camera of Maya, Cinema4D, 3Ds or other CGI program.

There's plenty of dedicated forums for 3D CGI artists.

Here's the thing though, it doesn't affect me, because I don't have to look at it, though some might pop up in the RC gallery.

Actually Chris_L the skin texture of the model is created by taking a photo of a real person and applying it to the figure.

So the model exists in real life, it's just that like a plastic surgeon I can mould the shape of the model any way I like.

Some of the backgrounds I use are real world photo's.

I see myself a little like a photographer in a studio, he poses his model, arranges the background and props, in vertually the same way I do.

I have a base model, then I buy skins for the figure, created from photo's of a real life person.

I have a virtual paper roll background to which I apply a photo.

I have a variety of lights which I use to illuminate the scene, and a variety of preset camera's which I use to capture the scene.

I have props which I add to it.

    Sound familier?

Simon even if your Poser 3D offerings were photographs, I'd criticise many for the composition where the subject is unimaginatively bang in the middle.

Thats one reason why I post them here so I can learn by comments and get better.
In the 6 months I have been doing this I have learnt a lot and most of it from comments.
