im not usually one to shout about good service, like most I just tend to remember the bad.
I ordered a bg-e11 5d mk3 battery grip form digitalrev, ive been after one since buying my mk3 about 8 weeks ago, I couldnt find anyone who had one in stock. I noticed on here that somebody from digitalrev had posted they had some in stock. Ive never used the company before and so did some research on them. The grip was £249 including postage which is £75 cheaper than all the UK stockists (who dont have any in stock)
I placed the order at 2pm on Tuesday and got confirmation straight away. On Wednesday morning I checked the tracking status and to my amazement it had been picked up from Hong Kong then gone to Germany, then east midlands through customs and was at teeside where I live. Even more to my amazement 4pm on wednesday afternoon just 26 hours after the order was placed the door bell rang and the DHL guy was stood there with my grip.
26 hours from ordering to delivery and £75 cheaper!!!! Digitalrev and DHL, hats off to you both for awesome service.
Next time I need anything I will definately be looking at Digitalrev again
