Here are my 8, but I'd need a One Other to keep me company as I think I'd be a bit overwhelmed so I'll take my husband with me just for backup.
Oh, I've just seen they're supposed to be from history. Well, some of them are. It's nice to have a mix I think.

Alfred Moss b. 1860. My GGG grandfather, who had a rag and bone yard in Hoxton. He can fill me in on some really interesting family history.
Janet Street Porter - feisty, fun and irreverent.
Jesus - He could fill us in on the truth of the ancient scriptures and we'd never run out of food or wine.
Clare Balding - just because she knows Everything about sport and would have great stories.
David Attenborough - because he's just about my favourite person in the world as well as being able to tell great natural history and travel stories.
Charles Dickens - I love London and am so interested in this era. I hope he'd bring the smells and sounds too, and a video if he has one.
Dawn French - just a funny and warm woman. She'd keep it all lively.
David Bailey - to take the commemorative photos and be rakish and irrevent.
