I have graduated in BA (Hons) in Architecture.
In my certificate the name of the degree is written : Bachelor of Arts with honours in Architecture.

That is fine. But in my Transcript, on the bottom right corner before the date it is written ' Date Diploma Supplement issued on :'

My employer are asking me whether it is a diploma or not, cause Its an overseas job.

But I am sure its a Degree course. So, why it is written ' Diploma Supplement' ? Is this a traditional word of 'Transcript' ?

You need to clarify this with the registry department of your university. Each university is likely to use a slightly different system.

I have to say that I am surprised a copy of your certificate isn't seen as sufficient.

    Regards,

    Adam
