A place to which you can go anytime you feel down, or life's troubles are getting to be too much; a place where you feel a renewal of the spirit, and after a visit you feel you can tackle anything, or you just know that everything will eventually fall into place? I think I have many, but I'm trying to settle on one.

That's where mine is too, but I use it as a backup for when we run out of toilet paper. Grin

I do. It's a place in the middle of Scotland with no phone reception described as a 'thin place'. There is a small pool and a waterfall its very tranquil. I'm keeping it's location to myself though.

In a book

The sea, the sea (not necessarily in it - maybe up on a cliff watching it or walking along the shoreline .. especially when it's windy and stormy) .. in fact, water generally.

Being with the cats. Being with animals. To have an animal's trust is one of the greatest privileges.

Inside myself - don't need anywhere external.....
