I was thinking of getting a visit to the Abbotsbury Swannery orgsanised. The weekend of the 9th/10th June would work nicely for seeing the young and adults interacting and still finding a few Swans sitting on eggs or just hatching out. This is an opertunity to get close to nesting Swans and their young.

Entry fee is £8.00 for adults and there is a possibility of getting a passport ticket for £14.00 that allows access to the Gardens up the road as well. Group discounts can be had if there are more than 10 people in the party.

If anyone is interested we'll try to get a fixed date and time organised by the last week of May.

How are we doing on this? People still up?

I shall be away the 1st week of June so I'd like to get something finalised by the Bank Holiday. 9th/10th June is still looking likely.
