DVD labels for pigment printers

13 Nov 2012 10:13PM
Can anyone recommend full face DVD labels for use with an HP9180 printer? It's a pigment based printer and I find that the glossy ones I've used tend to always stay slightly wet if you rub them in the areas of dark colour and the matt ones tend to soak up too much ink... HP don't seem to do their own. Can anyone recommend? I prefer Matt if I'm honest but anything will do at this stage...

Thanks

Hi Ritchie,
As you seem to be struggling for a response, try this link

When not printing direct to disc I use these labels with success with an Epson R800 Printer.
You can Google for price competition but don't forget the label applicator with your first order.
Regards
Mike.

Thanks Mike, does your printer use pigment inks? And I it the glossy labels you use?

Ritchie,
These are the labels that I use. No, they are not glossy and yes the Epson R800 does use pigment inks.

Hope this helps.
