Hi, I'm using Elements 11 and am in the editor (expert) page but cannot figure out how to display 2 images side by side!!
I have a blank file open that I want to drag a couple of smaller pictures onto but can't seem to get the three open at the same time like I did in previous versions.
Any help much appreciated,

Go to Edit - Preferences and tick Allow Floating Documents in Expert Mode
Then with your images open click on Window - Images and then tick Float All In Windows
Hopefully that will work.
Cheers Ewan - 'that's got it'.
No problem. If you ever figure out how to set your preferred layout as a default let me know because I'm fed up having to change it to my preference every time I open my images. My preferred way of working is "Consolidate All To Tabs" and I just cannot get this set as my default.
