I think the Team manager (What ever his name is?) should just say to the England team, "Just go out there Wednesday and do what you do on a Saturday". We'd get a hat full of goals.

Just my opinion. (But don't ask me to name the team as I haven't a clue.)

Nail/Head comes to mind Jas. You can take the best individual players in any sport, throw them together, and they still will lose until they become a team.
