Here's a great scoop for ePHOTOzine. We have published the world's first review of a Tamron lens Tamron SP 24-70mm f/2.8 . In this day and age that's a major achievement.
Just thought I'd blow our trumpet Wink and well done all those involved in making that happen.

Blow away! You deserve it. It's also an interesting looking lens.

Well done Team, onwards and upwards eh, hopefully you'll get some more exclusives soon. I for one rarely buy a photography magazine these days, no need I have everything I need or want here!

    Well done! Smile

Now see if you can beat DPR to a review of the Olympus OM-D. Tongue I believe theirs is coming out in a couple of weeks.

Er, no - I mean a full review, not 'first impressions'. DPR did also did first impressions ages ago........ beat EPZ to it by a day, in fact! Wink

Yes but it was a pretty detailed review. That said we do have the camera in the office and a more complete review will be coming soon

Excellent - looking forward to it. As has been said in other threads, some comparisons of the OM-D with APS-C DSLRs would be really good, e.g. Canon 7D, Nikon D7000 etc.

The flaw, in most other reviews we've seen, is that the camera tends to be compared only with other mirrorless, e.g. Sony NEX-7. Which is a pity, as the OM-D, 7D and D7000 are all in the same ball-park, pricewise.

The EPZ review is a chance to address that. Smile
