I know I'm slow but have just read somewhere that E2 members get a discount at warehouse express. Since I started photography I have shopped mostly at Warehouse Express and never had any discount ....... How does it work and how do you claim a discount ?

Where did you read that? e2 members get discount in the EPZ shop (branded t-shirts etc) but not in the WE shop as far as I am aware.

It reads as if the Epz shop IS Warehouse express!
If you click (Store) and then (Shop UK)

The "branded clothing" in the drop down menu doesn't say "Ephotozine Shop"

It seems logical to me to think that clicking STORE and then SHOP UK would take you to the EPHOTOZINE SHOP

I think you'll find that EPZ gets a small 'Referral' percentage for each purchaser going into the WE site via the EPZ portal. As EPZ members we don't don't get any discount.

Printing, The Book and other things on the drop down menu are all "branded as being Ephotozine" and things such as camera insurance are "in conjunction with Ephotozine" so how are we supposed to realize "the shop" isn't in conjunction with Ephotozine.

It is often mentioned that E2 members get discount at the Ephotozine shop

It all seems misleading to me.

As far as I know this is only ever mentioned in reference to specific products. We are not aware that that is misleading. If you can find an example where it appears to be misleading and link to it or email it we will look and addressing this if necessary as we have absolutely no intention of misleading anyone.

Now anyone who hasn't joined e2 yet pop over there now it's a new low price of just £1..............................

I have enough confidence in the Ephotozine Team to KNOW that you don't intend to mislead.
The thing is that when something specific is mentioned at a discount to E2 members in the Ephotozine shop it makes you want to look at the Ephotozine shop to find other things .... and this seems to be (Shop UK)
Maybe Warehouse express should be "a recommended shop" and "Branded clothing" labelled as "Ephotozine shop" in the drop down menu to save us logical thinkers/thickies getting confused

BTW .... Can I bring my E2 renewal money round to you to save the postage? Wink

NO 'cos the £28 is the fee Pete charges to walk to the letter box so that way wouldn't be exempt from postage charges Wink

    seriously Pete:
If you go to "Ephotozine" then "new features" on the 24th June? you see this

    Quote: Shop for U.S. visitors
We have teamed up with B&H Photo Video to provide a shop for our visitors/members from the U.S.

To access the shop, hover over 'Store' then click on 'Shop (US)'.

For all UK customers, you can still go to our UK shop.

If you click on the link "our UK shop" you get to Warehouse Express with an Ephotozine heading
