What printer is it, how old, have you done a nozzle check ?
What size paper, list your print settings.
You should choose Let Photoshop manage colours
It is the epson R2400 ...2 yrs old and set to
Archival matte Paper
Ive done nozzle check etc..
Printer Profile :
Working RGB-sRGB IEC 61966-2.1
Black point compensation
hope this helps
As suggested you should select no olour control in the printer box, select ps handles colours in ps and choose the correct paper profile.
I have a 2400 so can check your settings.
