Thank you friends. Always feel better when the dilemma is shared. It is 12.20am in the new day and still no permission to upload. Hope for a better day tomorrow. TG

Hi Everyone,

For those of you who were unable to upload today, the problem should be resolved now. There was a minor hiccup caused by the maintenance last night which affected around 500 accounts. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Quote: Does that mean that epz photography hasn't moved on since then?

Different era back then Jeff plus the fact they've had all those years to rack up votes, the image of Max the dog was also used on the front cover of the EPZ book. So it was always going to be a popular image, especially as at the time many folk asked what was going to be on the cover of the said book. I had some images in my own p/f that had some high counts, nothing like Max admittedly, but for varying different reasons I've removed them and no longer have them on show.

I think EPZ has moved on a lot since then somewhat, lot of changes have taken place mostly for the better, some IMHO not so good, but that's my opinion. I'm still here though and like a lot folk still enjoy the site.......Smack in the face for the first person that says they wish I would go away Wink

Point is though, it's still the best photographic magazine site on the Internet that covers the needs of everyone from complete beginners right through to the more advanced amateurs and dare I say it even a few of the professional togs. There are other sites on the web I use, but they are a little more specialised for the kind of photography that interests me.....

EPZ covers all bases, it's got a great news section, it's generally got a great camaraderie amongst it's members who generally respect each other, even if they don't like each other (thanks to the superb and thankless jobs the moderators and team do in keeping things under control). The Gallery section is still very popular which despite it's foibles with the voting system, which I might has been tweaked over the years in various ways, still works well in comparison with other sites and no matter how it works it will never please everyone! David Burleson; You are a problem solver. All seems well now. I was able to upload the Mink munching on a fish at 01:07 am PSTime. =GMT-8hrs.
SAY, David,...did I ever thank you and your fellow staffers for a brilliant and delightful photo website??
WE sure as heck enjoy ePZ every day.
Your overall formula for ePhotozine is excellent, second to none and hopefully will not change much. Great bunch of photog users on here too.
Viva La EPZ!! TG
