hi
i got an email from epz yesterday my birthday today- with a much appreciated free month offer on E2 membership

when I plug it in it runs out on the 2nd of feb - anyone know what I did wrong?

also is there a support section on the site?

The "Birthday present" is one week of free E2.
The one month present was for everyone as part of the Christmas Prize Draw.
So you are entitled to a month and a week thanks to EPZ's generosity.
