Hi... when I upload an image I always tick the box to be notified of new comments, I sometimes also select to be notified of comments on others photos (esp when I've asked a question to the photographer).

For the past week or so a number of my images have received comments however I never received a notification email. Thanks to the e2 option "your 32 most recently commented on photos" none of the comments went unnoticed Smile ...but its quite frustrating that I didn't receive any email notifications... so no forum post update emails either :-(

I was just wondering if this is a common problem or just one that's affecting me....??

ps. I've ticked the box to be notified of new replies, we'll see... Wink

Did you get a notification on this one?
It could be your mail provider.

I just find it odd that I'm not receiving any kind of notification!

I just checked all my mail settings on the server and there are no filters set, no spam filters enabled or anything like that....

I just got a notification for this thread so it looks like the problem could be at your end.
Has ePz got your correct mail address?

I'm sure that when one of the team wake up they'll be able to help.

BTW a few people have mentioned that they receive faster notifications when they add me to their favourite photographers list.
;o)

I have a similar problem with Hotmail every now and again, especially if there is a batch of notifications at any one time.

I'm working on fixing some email problems on the server so normal service should be resumed soon for the few that have been affected.
