Good Afternoon All
Can any explain please in simple layman terms as to how facebook works when you advertise your Photographic services do they charge on clicks or what?
I started to read their instruction but lost the plot in the first two paragraphs of their T&C's

You create an advert and set a few profile options so that the advert becomes targeted to facebook visitors who may appreciate your services and then (if I remember rightly) you set a budget. The advert pops up on users pages who meet the target and if they click on the advert you pay facebook a fee for the click.
