How can I check what version of Firefox I have, not that its slow.

I think I may already have that latest, via automatic update a few weeks ago.

click on Help... and then "About". This will tell you the version.

there should also be a `check for updates' link (although that seems to have disappeared in FF4

when I updated it only offerered 3.6.16 but once that has loaded you should get the V4 offer

looks pretty fast. EPZ takes a while to load in Chrome and IE8...but prefer Chrome's APP style

Lol went and checked, even though I was getting automatic updates, it was still version 3.6 with an option to upgrade to version 4.

Upgraded and not seeing any extra speed, not that its slow, but it did inform that v4 is not compatible with one of my net frameworks Smile

Last week I Installed IE9 lestweek & found it a faster than any previious versions of ie & firefox.
Today I installed firefox 4 & found it to be nearly as fast as IE9. I hope Firefox 4 does not crash as often as previous versions.

I'm not sure if this still applies to IE9 but all earlier versions of IE were actually only updates and could be rolled back by removing them using Windows' "add/remove programmes" page. You need to check the box at the top that's marked "show updates" to see them though.
